Israel is the collective name for the children of the Spirit who are to inherit the earth at the end of days. They form the garden of God who were nurtured and guided to be special and then they erred and strayed and caused the fierce, burning anger against them. This is expressed in passages like Isaiah 42:24 where it is declared that they are given to the robbers because they failed to do as they were instructed. As much as the anger has raged and brought suffering, darkness and imprisonment, they take little notice of it.
This is evident in the situations where the most religious people are punished over and again by loss of life and houses, infliction of diseases, arrival of natural disasters like tsunamis, earthquakes and such and yet they continue to pray to the same idols and give no thought to how the real God is reacting against them. They are creatures of habit and for some reason they can’t see through the fog bible verse wallpaper.
The power struggles to open the blind eyes according to Isaiah 42:6 and to free the prisoners from the darkness of the situations they are in. But only at the end will they sing a new song of praise and that after the travailing woman has cried to be heard. That woman has the strongest messages of all and the name of God that has come from far and is burning with anger (Isiah 30:27). It has been found in the earliest language compiled to express the term for the Spirit and it has been used for the false gods that they worship in its place.
But no matter how angry God is the promise is that the blind will be brought back by an unknown path and darkness will be turned into light. The crooked things they believe in will be made straight and they will be ashamed for what they have done (Isaiah 42:16,17)
The cry has gone out to look again and to see what is wrong with the thinking they engage in. Listen to common sense and decide who is telling the truth. While they can see much they actually observe nothing and while they hear a lot they absorb nothing. The people are robbed and spoiled because they are trapped in the pits of darkness and are a prey to those who desire power and control over them (Isaiah 42:16:17)
